How do I receive a Proforma Invoice?

The Proforma Invoice is sent after submitting your order, by clicking the "Issue Free Quotation" button.
Your Proforma Invoice will be also sent to you by email.
You can also get the invoice via My Account.
Proceed with your payment without delay to ensure the quickest possible shipment of your vehicle. -

When should I pay?

Our stock will be sold upon a "First come, First serve" basis.
Arrange payment as soon as possible, and send us the payment copy in order to secure the car.
We will reserve the car once your full payment is received. -

What if the car was sold to another client after I paid?

Do not worry! We will either:
- refund your money,
- look for a replacement vehicle,
- or you may choose another vehicle from our stock with the same value.

When should I pay Shipping cost(s)?

Payment of shipping cost(s) is required prior to the shipment.
We will ship the car upon payment of the C&F or CIF amount indicated on the Proforma Invoice. -

A Telegraphic Transfer is the most common type of payment made through any bank.
How to make a payment via Telegraphic Transfer:-
Step1
Bring a copy of the Proforma Invoice to your nearest bank once you want to make the payment.

Complete the Telegraphic Transfer (TT) application form with help of the information provided on the Proforma Invoice, then;
Remit the amount to the following bank account.
Quote the "invoice number" and "your name" on the payment instructions or application form.
e.g. 99999 John Smith ("Invoice number" "payment sender's name") -
Step3
Collect the TT copy (Bank receipt) and email this copy to us:, then;
Send the TT copy to pboffer@picknbuy24.com so that we will be able to identify the payer when you remit your money.
